1. Information we collect
You do not need an account to browse this website. If you voluntarily submit the course-interest form, Academy4Tech collects the name and email address you provide, your role, a broad learner age group, optional country or region, experience level, selected learning interests, preferred format and optional project description.
The form does not request an exact date of birth, payment details, identification numbers or biometric information. The newsletter area is currently a clearly marked placeholder and does not transmit or store the address entered.
2. Information collected by hosting infrastructure
Cloudflare and other infrastructure needed to deliver and protect the site may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, requested pages, and request date and time. Academy4Tech uses this information only for delivery, reliability and security.
3. Cookies
The website does not intentionally set advertising or profiling cookies. Infrastructure providers may use necessary security or performance mechanisms. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
4. Analytics
No Google Analytics or third-party advertising analytics package is included in this build. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled later, this policy should be updated before collection begins.
5. External websites
Academy4Tech links to GitHub, YouTube, LinkedIn, development-tool websites and other third-party services. Their privacy policies apply when you follow those links.
6. How form information is used
Course-interest submissions are used to understand demand for learning topics, plan possible offerings and contact the submitter about relevant opportunities. Submitting the form is not an enrollment, purchase or guarantee that a course will be offered.
7. Data sharing and retention
Academy4Tech does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Course-interest records are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and may be processed by Cloudflare as the website infrastructure provider. Records should be reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, and within 12 months unless a continuing conversation or legal requirement justifies keeping them longer. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
8. Children's privacy
A parent or guardian must submit the interest form for a learner under 16. Academy4Tech does not knowingly ask children to submit personal information independently. If you believe a child supplied information without appropriate consent, use a confirmed channel on the Contact page to request deletion.
9. Data security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the site, including HTTPS-compatible hosting, restrictive browser security headers, server-side form validation and limited database access. No internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. International users
Academy4Tech is based in the United Arab Emirates. Infrastructure providers may process technical request and form data in other locations under their own policies.
11. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of personal information. Use a confirmed channel on the Contact page and identify the email address used for the submission so the relevant record can be located.
12. Changes
This policy may be updated when the website or its connected services change. A revised effective date will appear at the top of this page.
13. Contact
Questions may be directed to Academy4Tech in the United Arab Emirates using a confirmed channel on the Contact page.

The IoT Stations application has a separate privacy policy.
